Just after Easter i will be heading up through Hay West Wyalong Forbes Parkes and onto the Dubbo Zoo. As i have never driven on this road could anybody tell me places to stop and look at,as i would hate to drive through and miss places of interest
Cheers

We spent half a day at the Parkes Dish. Watch some of the videos in the theatrettes while you are there.

Lots to see in Dubbo too and allow two days for the zoo; one ticket covers two days. You can drive right the way around and take walks from the parking areas - still quite a bit of walking. Get the schedule of animal feeding times. The Rangers give a talk in conjunction with the feeding.
